Constellation NOAH is growing.

Em Março chega a Primavera. As Formações Transitivas do projecto GermInArte florirão em Lisboa e S. Miguel nos Açores. O Pianoscópio ressurgirá, renovado, no Museu de Etnomúsica da Bairrada. Teremos a primeira residência artística da Constelação Orizuro em Lisboa. Em Famalicão as árvores que tombaram no Inverno renascerão transformadas pela Música. Ao longo do último ano afinámos os nossos sentidos pela reverberação do Parque da Devesa de Vila Nova de Famalicão. Desse trabalho resultou a escultura sonora Metamorfose. Faremos a Saudação da Primavera inaugurando o conjunto escultórico que murmura o canto das árvores, celebra a mutação dos elementos e a afinação do Mundo.

Spring arrives in March. The Transitive Training actions developed within the framework of GermInArte will bloom in Lisbon and S. Miguel in the Azores. Pianpscópio will come back, renovated, at the Museum of Ethnomusic of Bairrada. We will have the first artistic residence of Constellation Orizuro in Lisbon. In Famalicão the trees that fell in the winter will be reborn transformed by Music. Over the past year we have tuned our senses to the reverberation of Parque da Devesa in Vila Nova de Famalicão. This work resulted in the sound sculpture Metamorfose. We will greet Spring inaugurating the sculptural ensemble that murmurs the songs of the trees, celebrates the mutation of the elements and the tuning of the World.

Em Fevereiro a Constelação NOAH continuou a crescer. Os workshops LE-Projecto NOAH foram apresentados na Escola de Artes da Bairrada e no Conservatório de Música de Minde. Em NOAH, a história dum dilúvio que extinguiu a vida na Terra, a mesma da Arca de Noé, é “transposta” para o presente: um mundo em desmoronamento devido à ação do Homem. O workshop LE-Projecto NOAH pretende, assim, conjugar, de forma lúdica, aspectos puramente musicais e o caráter de manifesto e apelo à consciência colectiva que orientou a criação da peça estreada recentemente. No Troviscal e em Minde fizemos música com os icebergs.

In February the NOAH Constellation continued to grow. The LE-NOAH Project workshops were held at Escola de Artes da Bairrada and Conservatório de Música de Minde. In NOAH, the story of a deluge that extinguished life on Earth, the same as that of Noah's Ark, is "transposed" into the present: a world in collapse due to the action of Man. The LE-NOAH Project therefore seeks to combine purely musical aspects and the character of a manifesto and appeal to the collective conscience that guided the creation of the recently created performing piece. At Troviscal and Minde we made music with the icebergs.
