The third residency of M de Manifesto provided an opportunity to take the stage at the Cineteatro Curvo Semedo to test the set design, lighting, and costumes, and to finalize the show’s sequence.
From July 13 to 18, Maria Inês Rodrigues da Silva, Maria João Vieira Leite, Mariana Caldeira Pinto, and Mariana Vences were in Montemor-o-Novo to continue exploring the feminine universe.
On July 16, the team had an open rehearsal that wrapped up with a conversation with the audience. This event allowed the team to hear different perspectives and continue to develop the show before its premiere. It was also a way to bring the audience closer to the artistic creation and share a process that usually takes place away from the eyes of the audience.
The final artistic residency will take place in September at the Casa das Artes in Famalicão. Until then, we will continue to weave the fabric of this new creation.
