Highlight

i.Lab #2025 – Arts for Childhood – Immersive Training

Until May 5th, registrations are open for i.Lab #2025 – Arts for childhood – Immersive Training in Loulé. Over the course of a week (July 28 to August 2), the experience of musical practice (voice and movement) is promoted, along with the awareness of the importance of play and the quality of care in childhood. The need to care for the environment, communicative musicality, music as a tool for human development, and as a mediator in interaction with babies are central ideas throughout the entire program. The training culminates in a final presentation of an artistic experience aimed at families with babies.

Ecos de GermInArte

The book Ecos de GermInArte presents the results of a project supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (2015–2019), offering an overview of ideas and initiatives in adult professional development in art for the childhood field. A beautiful edition, with special illustrations by our beloved José Brandão (1944–2025), one of the greatest references in Portuguese graphic design. Thank you Zé Brandão!
