The International Colloquium on Arts For Childhood and Social and Human Development is an annual CMT event that first took place in 2011 at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Since then, it has been an important event for the projects Opus Tutti and GermInArte, helping them to share their outcomes. In the broad context of reflection on the role of science and art in today’s society, and with the participation of various invited speakers, the International Colloquium on Arts For Childhood and Social and Human Development has made an important contribution to sharing CMT’s work and has helped to promote reflection on the need for interdisciplinary arts training spaces for children and the ability of children to engage in arts practices from an early age.
